I HAVE GONE THRU THE BOOKS AND 50 PAGES ON THIS FORUM WITHOUT FINDING THE ANSWER.

Holding the ball doesn't stop you from doing anything you normally could do. It just makes you a target for 11 sweaty men/elves/undead/goats in the other kit.
Also, friendly forum tip. Completely capitalised words are read as shouting, it's a pretty unpleasant experience to read posts like that. It's like being "talked" at by an Englishman on holiday.

In support of the original question: yes, the ball-holder can assist.
English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Kiwi, Australian & US.
WHICH
WOULD
YOU
PREFER?

For the record, I can talk quite slowly and loudly at you in several different languages.fen wrote:It's like being "talked" at by an Englishman on holiday.

There are exceptions to this but they are always listed as exceptions. Ex, Special Card 'Ball Clone' you can't carry two balls at once.thechosengobbo wrote:A player with the ball can do ANYTHING that a player without the ball can. This includes blocking, assisting blocks, fouling AND assisting fouls.
The general rule here is that the rules do not specifically say that a player with the ball cannot assist.
