Yes i know it says that, but it says that you can do this when the coach announces he is going to pass, not hand off, if you're going to correct me at least get it right ;]

Well thats pretty much the whole point of this topic, is a hand off a pass for the purposes of pass block, and unfortunately the wording of hand off is slippery in this case.

Can you Pass Block with more than one player. Only one of them can attempt to intercept, I realize this, but can you PB with multiple players to occupy tackle zones?

Yes.

The skill follows the player.
All players eligible (ie. 3 squares away) can use the skill.

Okay, so you can't use jump up with pass block. Can a player simply stand up if he's under the ruler? That's 3 squares of movement...
