I just want to confirm something. If you have piling on, when do you place your player prone? Is it after you block but before you start rolling for armor/injury, or can you wait to see if you break armor as a normal course to see if you need the re-roll.

Also, can you use piling on as part of a foul action?

Roll for armour first, then decide whether you want to use Piling On to reroll it (same for injury roll). If you do use the skill, place your player prone.

Also, can you use piling on as part of a foul action?

Nope. The skill description clearly states it can only be used during a Block or Blitz Action.
