Great stuff there Justin.

As far as what we hope for in terms of numbers for next year's Spike (provided we're hosting it that is), I'd like to amend my answer to 60 registered coaches. 8 months of planning and a lot of word of mouth in Washington and Alberta shouldn't make this goal too unrealistic.

And definitely beer at the next Spike. That's a must!

We can do it "Ironman Style", every touchdown or casualty being a drink!

...which at the rate I was scoring TD's or the Ogres were getting casualties will make for some pretty loud and singing coaches indeed!

(You ever heard Goblin and Ogre coaches singing at a pub? It ain't purdy... :puke:  )

Even the Goblin coach gets a +1 to injury rolls! Ow!

How long is it going to take for GW Canada to let us know who's going to host it next year?

We actually had a Thunderbowl final like that - both participants took a shot everytime one of them caused a turnover. Long story short, the game was a comedy of errors and both participants were smashed and unable to continue into the second half. Granted that was TBIV, we're on TBXX now and have learned a lot since then.
