"one player of your choice"

I just asked three questions, but to make it easier: When I play a card does: "one player of your choice" means that I can play it on anyone, even my opponents players?

All of these cards are being changed in the LRB 6.0 so that they can only be played on your own team.

We voted this through a week ago with the Review.
