Really Stupid & Disturbing Presence

If a Beast of Nurgle for example goes Really Stupid does he lose Disturbing Presence or even Foul Appearance? We are assuming he doesn't but just want to clarify this.

No to both as they don't require a Tackle Zone to work.

quite correct. your player may just be standing their looking stupid, but they are still an ugly looking bugger!

The beast doesn't even need to be standing, Disturbing Presence works even when prone
