What on earth do you do with a ST4 Thrall?

It is a pity that it is too complicated to do... but the ST4 made me think about something I considered suggesting before...
the Blood Lust result at Auto BH is ok, but I feel that the outcome of the draining by the Vamp should be to reduce statistics by 1 but leave the Thrall on the pitch.(no Statline can go beneath 1)
so 6 4 3 7 would become 5 3 2 6 sort of like a strong halfling/Gobbo
&
6 3 3 7 drained twice (mmmm tasty) would be 4 1 1 5 becoming a non-agile Snotling.
basically the Vamp team could keep it's numbers on the pitch for assists and other matters but gradually turn into a less than effective Ogre team.
Effects of draining only last until next score/drive ends etc
could be a fun alternative if it wasn't so hard to keep track

Noooo! Half the good vamp tactic threads on this forum end when someone starts suggesting modifications to the vamp rules.
This thread has pretty much run it's course by now anyway
Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm going to keep the S4, as it is fun, and rare, and I'll give her either block/frenzy, or frenzy/block. I'll probably have my 6th re-roll by the time she skills up again so I may go straight to frenzy for the fun of it, even though I think block first is the sensible choice
And good point about a wrestle/strip-ball thrall, thanks guys. I'll give my wrestler strip-ball when she skills again.

I really like that and would add that if the same Thrall has to be bitten a third time because there is no other Thrall in range he is completely sucked out and turns into a vampire immediately.voyagers_uk wrote:It is a pity that it is too complicated to do... but the ST4 made me think about something I considered suggesting before...

If Vampire teams could start farming their Thralls into new Vampires, someone would find a way to abuse it...
Best to keep it the way it is for now.
And personally I'd develop a S4 Thrall into a prop center for the LOS. Try to keep the others alive and keep Vampires off the line.
Give him block and then pray for a double to get Guard.

not sure how turning him into a bloodless husk would mean he becomes Nosferatu..... maybe after 3 drainings he dies....
I like the potential for this as gets repeatedly drained he cannot get away as well.... You could have one vamp constantly failing rolls and gradually killing the team who try so hard to get away from him.... and fail.

See, I think Vamps are excessively complex as-is.
