Jump up and stunned

Hi all,
I have a short question. Can a Player with Jump up use the skill, when he is stunned ? We play this so: He cant Block, but can stand up without paying 3 movemends. I hope this is correct

No, I dont think so, He's stunned! at the end of the (team) turn he rolls over (becoming "Prone") and at the start of your next turn can stand up (at no cost with "jump up")

Glowworm is correct.

If a player is stunned he cannot do anything during his team turn (apart from turning over at the end of the team turn to become prone).

In effect, being stunned loses you a whole team turn.
