When should you kill a team?
I play in MBBL where one can "retire" a team and start a new one.
I have 2 teams in question:
1st team was a High Elf team played 1 game, results: lost)
-3 catchers (1 died, 1 got the only skill up on the team a +1 AG)
-2 Blitzers
-6 lineman
Since I got a catcher right away die, and only got 40K money, not enough to buy an APO, I thought about retiring the team. But the +AG is drawing me back to the team. Few games might make some money and start recovering again.
2nd team: a new Experimental Khemri team: 2 games played both in Rain, lost both.
-4 Tomb Guardians (1 death second game, one got MB)
-2 Blitz Ras (1 Death first game)
-2 Throw Ras (1 Death Frist game)
-3 Skeletons (1 Death second game)
Seems to have started a string of bad luck, those guys didn't regen. Thinking of just cutting my loses and starting over. Since the league is perpetual.
As far as the HEs, opinion on what skills a +AG Catcher should get in what order?

If at first one doesn't succeed, and doesn't try again, then he will never succeed.

Keep the HElves and retire the Khemri.
Leap with AG5 is pretty handy even if his leap roll is still a 2+: he can catch the ball in traffic and then bound away for the score.

My MBBL Dark Elves took a hiding in their first MBBL game, I challenged up 600k so probably should have seen I was in for a beating
6 games in now and I am back to 11 players all of my own (no loners in sight)
I keep rolling 1,1 for my Fan factor even in games I win.
but I think if you give it some time both teams could rally, the whole perpetual thing works a treat.
I am sure my teams will come undone again soon, but I know that in the long run I will even out.

I agree with Oryx, beeing the underdog and trying to get back from a bad position can be very fun. And you really get attached to those players that DOES survive and build skills.
My answer to you quetion would be: When the team seezes to be fun.

Galak 3:16 says "There is a point in time that a player really should read the rulebook."
Thus there is a point in time when you shouldnt.
