Fan Fanatic card

Post by zephard »

Ok, so we get a rookie Goblin Fanatic as a fan, can a Dump off Player "Dump Off", since the Fanatic is not on your team, its not happening in your turn?

Just wondering about this. I don't think its a question for a normal goblins teams fanatic, it just about the 50K Card.

I admit I'm not looking at rulebooks right now to see exact wording.

But I'd allow the Dump Off as I feel the spirit of the skill has been met (namely he's being blocked).

Thats what I did, give him the dump off. But didn't know, since it had never come up.

i have another question about that card: Do i read it correctly, that both coaches move the fanatic after their respective turns, therefore the fanatic moves twice in each "full" turn?

Yes, that's what the rules say (ooh the randomness).

But is the fanatic moved for his full move allowance, if desired, by each coach or only one "random scatter"?

If thats so, I think GFIing him to knock him out would be a valid tactic.

Galak 3:16 says "There is a point in time that a player really should read the rulebook."

Thus there is a point in time when you shouldnt.

Of course you should, and you should be doing it your first turn of having him out, since thats mostlikely the best position you can get him in.
