IIRC no you can't voluntarily fire FF. I'll come up with a pg number as soon as I find it ....

Ahh ... pg 29 tells you what you can fire ...
pg 16-17 tells you what is or isn't coaching staff or similar

if you feel that your FF is too high, lose a few games, it will go down.....

Thanks for the ansvar.

I dont realy like losing much, but I might consider it... Generally I just dont feel the FF is worth the TV, so I would just go to zero if possible.

I'd say it was like the "Nelson" rating for TV shows in America. Your team can watch what happens in the bleachers, but can't affect every whim of the people following BB to stay away. A factor the head coach cannot control.

Im aware of fluff reasons for not being able to change FF. but untraining your players to lose RRs is also kind of wierd fluff wise... :D

I kind of like that you can't fire FF for TV management reasons. It sometimes can act as a minor counterbalance to the successful teams that win a lot and thus have high FF.

Nah, you just cut back on how much you coach them. They do the running, if they fall, you shout for them to get back up and such.

You just reduce the quantity of training units.
