IMHO the "most" bashy teams at those levels aren't necessarily goverened by the team but the coach.
I've seen coaches that almost always coach Elves run Dwarves as a fineesse team. When I run Elves I'm way too bashy out of habit.
Now the "best" bashy teams at those TV levels are great to discuss.

In an attempt to answer the spirit of your question:
At TV 1.00 I find Dwarves to be the most bashy team by a long ways. A combination of great armor, Block nearly everywhere, ability to lower the effectiveness of finesse teams out-of-the-box, plus a need for caging and grinding lets Dwarves run off with this one.
At other TVs you'll see many of the bashy teams closing the gaps. However a lot of the bashy teams do have OTHER options besides bashing so I still think you'll see Dwarves as the team that relies on trying to bash the most. Once Orcs get Block & Guard everwhere they want it I would say that they can be better than Dwarves but they still might not rely on it quite as much as Dwarves do.
YMMV

TV 100 - Dwarves thanks to block and high AV
TV 150 - Just about any tough side can do damage if they have enough block+guard+mighty blow on the roster.
TV 175+ Khemri are supreme team destroying machines (even in LRB6)

TV175 teams with Mutations access (e.g. Chaos Dwarves) do very well because they've got Block/Tackle/Claw/MB/PO players which is very very nice.
With a lot of the other teams a lot will depend how they develop - load up with MB & PO with an Orc team and it will be a killer team - but there are other good options.

I don't think the question is easily answered. It depends what victims the team is built to bash.
For example if you take plenty of Tackle, you will be good at bashing agile teams, if you take plenty of Claw, you will be good at bashing armoured teams.
It seems best to me to build a team to bash the type of opponent that causes the team the most difficulty in actual play (rather than building the team to bash opponents that are relatively easy to beat anyway).
Hope this helps.

Is Dirty Player included in the bashy team skill choice?
Adding some dirty players to your team will make diffrence in the casualties that will come. Be a hard team with few good bashy skills, then use inducements for chainsaw, merc with dirty player etc.
I think Chaos and Khemri is the most "bashy" at 175+.

Here is a sample of some of the teams on the BABBL stie.
It's by no means complete, but shows the average number of casualties inflicted.
For me, Ogres win on all fronts. They cop a lot of casualties... thats ture.
But if you want to deal out a beating (at any TV) it has to be an ogre team!!!

High-TV Orcs or Pact, medium TV Khemri or CDs, low TV Ogres or Dwarfs.

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

There use to be 2 Ogre teams in my local league, and they will tell you with a loud voice that Ogres are not good for the bash, at all. They are both experienced Coaches who perform well in tournaments, and they both have discouraging CAS counts considering there is 6 St 5 players on field. They are both right down the bottom for in both categories of CAS.bouf wrote:But if you want to deal out a beating (at any TV) it has to be an ogre team!!!
Or maybe you know something about Ogres they don't

Ogres deal out alot of pain, but take it back almost as much.
I'd have thought that at low TV Dwarves would top the cas tables. With Chaos Dwarves overtaking them at higher TV due to mutations and their Minotaur/Bull Centaurs.
Chaos have potential, but actually getting them to the killer stage is a heartbreaking painful road to travel down.
