Slanns in league starting at TV 120

Post by pyttroll »

Hi,

I have no idea how to build a decent Slann team for a league (starting at TV120).

Does anybody have suggestions?

Thanks.

:blue: No pyttroll... say it isn't so... tell me you're not a toad lover.... :blue:

The main page of TBB should have a section on "League" and "Tournament" teams, with starting line ups....

*croak :puke: croak*

No problem....

I see the problem in that the thread(s) only cite 100 and 110 TVs....

Do you think embellishing a TV110 suggestion will suffice?

TV 120 is pretty nice for Slann because they cant usually afford a strong starting roster. How about...

Kroxigor - 140k
9 Linefrogs - 540k
3 Catchers - 240k
4 Re-rolls - 200k
Apothecary - 50k
30k spare cash or FF

I'm sure that will suffice.

What do you think about creating a proper database of rosters, so that we could ease the pain of looking through hundreds of posts?

I might have a go at it, bbrosters.com is not taken...

Lacks the 4th catcher. Although fragile, starting without the 4 "gutter runners" is just silly.

Krox
8 frogs
4 catchers
4 rerolls
apoth

10k cash or FF. (I Assume sillysod didnt mess up the numbers).

It's basicly the default slann starting roster + kroxigor & apothecary.

The thing you need is 4 catchers and some rerolls.

At 120 you can afford the Krox too, so take it.

The Blitzers are good for providing Guard but the way I use them (marking opposition using Diving Tackle) it takes them a while to get the SPP since the catchers are hogging all the points.

Hope that helps.
