Late-season skill on a skink

My MA7 AG4 Side Step skink has skilled up, normal skill. Only three games left in the season, and I'm not continuing this team next season. I'm thinking either Diving Tackle (none on my team at the moment, due to recent catastrohpes) or Sure Feet (since he has the ball a fair bit, and needs to keep up with the cage). He's not getting Leap, I have an AG5 skink earmarked for that.

Anyone have strong reasons for one skill or the other? Any other suggestions?

It's a fairly under-skilled team, due to a long run of kills and -stats (I had four 7MA skinks at one point...). The -players has hit hard, I've gone from WLD 7/1/4 in the first half of the season to 0/2/7 so far in the second half.

Skink: Diving Catch, Catch, Block
Skink: Side Step, +AG, +AG, -MA
Skink: Side Step, +AG, -MA +normal
3x Skink: rookie
Saurus: Break Tackle, Dodge (30spp!)
Saurus: Block
Saurus: Wrestle, Side Step (30spp!)
Saurus: +ST, 2xNiggle
Saurus: Block, Tackle, -AV
Saurus: rookie
Kroxigor: Guard

Sure Hands, not only for picking up the ball but avoiding Strip Ball?

Normal skill only. On a skink, that's an Agility skill.

And strangely, there isn't a single Strip Ball in my league. They're an odd bunch, they're all 3rd edition players. Block, Guard, Tackle, Mighty Blow.. that's all they ever pick.

They'll learn next season though.. I'm going Slann.

Two leaping skinks is very important, I'd go leap.

But since you ruled that out, I'd go Diving Tackle or Jump Up.

Why are two leaping skinks important? What do they bring to the team? With Stunty, I'd have said none are important except to force the opponent to keep a few extra players back on safety..
