Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!
Don't understand a particular rule or just need to clarify something? This is the forum for you. With 2 of the BBRC members and the main LRB5/6 writer present at TFF, you're bound to get as good an answer as possible.

It would also be much easier to run, UNLESS you are running a PBEM Open leauge. OUCH. It is a nightmare everytime I check my email, trying to figure out who challenged who and refusals and it gets outta hand sometimes.
Ok, I'll stop ranting...
Actually I've been waiting to see how long before you close down the Challenge league OR go insane. This format is very very cool but its difficult to run long term because of the stress on the commish. The PBeMBBL which is a challenge format is working on creating a fully automated website where you enter your results and post your own updated HTML and then it updates all the league results from the entries (virtually no commish involvement).
All the credit to Kim and Tchatter for having challenge leagues, but its difficult enough to keep up with a scheduled PBeM league ... challenge is very tricky to stay sane and run.
Milo, good to see you back btw. Do you still have that LeagueTracker you made? Maybe it could help this guy if he was running a league with under 10 guys in it (if i remeber right it didn't work with more than 10 teams) I know I liked it when I tested it, but with a reformat I lost everything old I had of BB.
I am just about to start the UCBBL and plan to have one league week last three actual weeks. This gives us all time to schedule our games and do other stuff.
Gotta love mr klipp and christer for the automated fumbbl site, once your team roster is approved (you make it on the website so no fiddly roster programs) its all done by the site. There shere volume of games that are getting played at the moment is amazing. If christer was still doing all the skill rolls and updating himself then he would have to quit his job.
Its great that you don't have to amend your roster yourself and sumbit it, just click a link select player position, number and name then when you click purchase the web site checks you can afford them and then adds him. Its fantastic.
The experimental division once more teams are playing in it will generate a large volume of data. Also with all the stats being recorded and viewable we will see by numbers if all the races are balenced out.
The amount of data you can look at keeps me amused for hours, but then i always was a saddo.
