Freebooting Star Players - Yes, it's a silly question, but..

Don't understand a particular rule or just need to clarify something? This is the forum for you. With 2 of the BBRC members and the main LRB5/6 writer present at TFF, you're bound to get as good an answer as possible.

Freebooting Star Players - Yes, it's a silly question, but..

Well... what happens to the TR when you freeboot SPs? (I know that in the longer term it lowers, wich is good!!)

But in that game? In the rules you freeboot SPs before comparing the TRs, so if you hire a 80k SP, you pay 40K, but write 80K? so in this game your TR is 4 above "normal"?
Or you only write 40k in the team sheet?!
Or, as I usally do, you just check TRs before freeboots?!?

I'm confused!! :o

TR is calculated at the end of each game, so freebooting has no effect.
