jump up free action?

jump up free action?

Is jump up a free action i.e. can a player with jump up stand up but do his actions later?

A lot of times it's good to refer back to the LRB when you're not sure about what's being discussed on the net. I often get confused when people mix up house rules with the rule book questions.
