PBeM 2.3b

Does anyone know if this is safe to install while a game is still in progress?

(And obviously I don't mean while the tools actually running on my system, I mean while the game file is still being passed back and forth.)

Yes, just overwrite the current exe file.

I had a problem when I loaded a 2.3 game into 2.3b - it told me of an error accessing a particular section (or some such thing) so I have gone back to using 2.3 until the game ends.

Now whenever I try to load the file into 2.3 it comes up with the same error at the same point and I have to manually tell the game to go to the last turn.

Hardly terminal though

Neil, I look at your game on my system and it loaded just fine. Not sure what the issue is for your match.

Tell you what if you are still getting the error using 2.3b than instead of emailing your next turn to Woody. Email it to me instead. I'll load the game up, check it out, save the fixed/working copy on my machine and forward that to Woody.

This "should" fix the error.
