OK folks, I need to finalise the booking with a deposit as soon as poss, so can you pop you're name down if you would like to come. There'll be a bit of scope for extras on the night but not much, so please say if you'd like to come for the Saturday night Chinese buffet! (if you definitely don't want to come, it would be useful for me to know that, too!)

I'm going to make the booking tomorrow, so shout up if you'd like to come!

The price is going to be £10.80 a head, which I'll collect on the Saturday morning. Then if everyone can buy there own drinks at the place, it should all work well

Booking is for 8pm, so it'll depend on how quickly we get through the first day's games and how far away people's hotels are.
