I'm not sure I would make him a one turn scoring machine, they seem to be more trouble than they are worth. They suck up your SPP, get large bounties placed on them, and become prima donnas. I think it would be a nice luxury to have a Porsche in the garage that you can bring out end or tie a game, but in general I would rather have a well-developed offense first before creating a one-turner. Pass Block is good for a guy with RLL, because last time I checked it gives a +1 to INT. Not to mention that once he pulls it down he can move 10 squares away from the action
