MNG and characteristic reduction below 1

Post by Anglachel »

According to the casualty table in the rulebook:

-1 MA, ST, AG, and AV: Miss next game as above. In addition, record
the characteristic change on the team roster. However, no
characteristic may be reduced by more than 2 points or below a value
of 1. Any injuries that could reduce it further are ignored.

Does it mean that the MNG is also ignored?

In a recent league match, one of my snotlings got -1 ST, and we are not sure if he still must MNG or not.

Still MNG, you just ignore the stat element of the injury.

But remember to laugh in your opponents face because of an injury that would have crippled any other player beyond use is just forcing you to miss a snotling for a match.

Ag 2 is like the "no-man's land" of BB: few would consider +40k worth moving up to Ag3, and "suffering" from Ag 2 to Ag 1 is a huge shrug....

I still carry zombie Bruise Killis on roster at Ag 1... he's never dodged better! :D

Cause... like... he never dodges.... :P

+1AG on a Bull Centaur is gold dust (but not as good as +2AG, which I had once :D ).

I remember the "good old days" of 3rd Ed., when AG increases were mandatory. I can remember a few +1AG Mummies... My son had an AG4 Minotaur...

And that has what to do with the question in hand?

I was talking about Smeborg's wittering about +1AG on BCs, which has nothing to do with the question of -1AG...
