When a player uses Miracle Worker,
(Playing against Undead/Necro)
(The injured player rolled 6x on the injury table)
Does the Undead/Necro team loose the raised zombie when the Miracle Worker card is played?

I think it is about order of play.
As the Undead/Necro team get to raise the dead immediatly
and the card is played at the end of the drive.
So my take in it would be the Zombie stays as it happened before the play of the card.
My 2 cents
OR if that is concidered wrong -
then that cards play timing should read "play immediatly upon injury" and then place in reserves
Doesn't change the game play and you can then argue there was no dead to make a zombie from.
As the Undead/Necro team get to raise the dead immediatly

Cool a win win for both teams
The N/U team gets to "place a free zombie in the reserves"
The Other team gets his guy in the KO box before KO's are rolled
At the end of the game the N/U team gets to decide to keep him
