Waterbowl Teams

Post by Sizzler »

Yay! It's everybody's favourite cure for at-work boredom - Waterbowl Teams.

Are you all set on what teams you're taking? How are you all finding the updated rulespack?

Definately taking my Dark Elves. Thinking of 8 Linos 2 Blitzers 1 Witch and 1 Runner. Not sure with the skills as such, was just going to max out pro on the linos but Leipziger is trying to install wisdom to my choices.

My Ogres are (at this moment) going for:

+1 AG Ogre
Leader Ogre
2 x Break Tackle
1 x Strong Arm/Juggernaught

First time out with Ogres, so it will be interesting to see how I go.

Lizardman tournament debut for me, playing them in the league already and hate them as much as I expected I would! Bottom tables here I come!

Taking Gobo's seeing as bribes are available. Taking Bomber, fanatic and Loony + 3 bribes. Was contemplating taking Goblin stars as well but think that might be a bit OTT... Plus i need to paint them.

Pre tournament perhaps-we'll-play smack talk is taking it to an impressive level. Kudos! ;)

No-one minds if we fix the draw in this case, right? :D

Not totally decided upon my race, but no doubt it'll be some form of non-Amazon top tier dealio. Would be nice to knock off a couple of names on my 'would like to play' list, draw willing!

Can't come soon enough!

Probably Necro.
Still considering Humans and Amazons....but probably Necro.
Seeing as the Humans and Amazons are the same models (Impact! Valkyries) I'll probably bring the lot and decide on the day. I'm feeling less confident about the Humans seeing as my league team is getting royally stomped (I've lost 350k worth of players in the last two games).
