New to BB - Looking for some painting tips

Hey, guys,

I'm a brand new Blood Bowl enthusiast and just ordered my first core set. With it comes a team of humans and orcs, and I'm looking to really do up the human team as I would like to begin my BB career with a balanced team. With that said, I'm new to this whole painting thing as well. I'm trying to shoot for my team to look like the default players shown on the Games Workshop website (the link can be found here: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... rod1100042).

Can anyone give me some points as to how I can make this happen, such as: what colors I'll need and the techniques that I may need to look up in order to use?

If anybody could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.
