Smurfette for the cheerleaders.

The capricorn could do for half the beastmen. And possibly mix the scorpios in for the warriors. Bit of diversity.

They're too big for normal use.
You could use one as a Big Guy, or use a 40mm pitch, but they'd be towering over the regular players.

Hmm. I don't think that towering over others is something that fits the smurfs character. I should go get one and try it on the board. Actually, better still, I have some left from my youth at my parents' apartment (my mom never throws away anything). I think they're still the same scale.

Using them as big guys doesn't really cut it as the rest of the team would have to fit the theme of the characters.
