I'm liking the concept of the Slaneesh team, I'd change the roster around a bit though.

0-16 Cultists 6 3 3 7 Thick Skull, Sacrifice GM ASP 50k
0-4 Daemonettes 7 3 3 8 Hyno Gaze, Claws GAM SP 80k
0-4 Slaanesh Warriors 6 3 4 8 Thick Skull AGPM S 80k
0-1 Slaanesh Fiend ... which I have no idea how to stat or price

I don't see the Cultists/Devotee's being faster then a human lineman. They are also probably getting a little bit of a price break for the Sacrifice skill.

I'm not sure if fluff wise they are meant to have no hands or not but I like them still being potential ball carriers and with 7 mv they are some of the fastest players on a chaos team, only matched by the skaven on chaos pact and I prefer the ag 3 because it makes the hypno gaze less reliable and emphasises the Warriors as the prime ball handlers.

I took hyno gaze off the warriors, four players on the roster is enough with it and. Also their basicaly High or Dark Elf Linemen with Thick Skull and more normal skill access, so the price is right.

I have no idea what a Slaneesh Fiend is meant to be like, so can't even begin to stat that. I wouldn't give it hyno gaze with ag 2 though, not much chance of anyone ever using it!

The one glaring problem with it... is the lack of any strength skills on normal rolls...

OK. So would just giving them Bloodlust be sufficient to balance them then? Or maybe give the Warriors and Linemen Bloodlust and give the Bloodletters Wild Animal.
I don't know what I'd do with the Khrone roster. I'd definitly drop the Bloodlust off the linemen. Frenzy is enough for them, it can even be a negative at times on a roster where everyone has it. The Warriors and Bloodletters at worst should have only one negi trait each.

I'm not really liking it even with those changes though, still a huge amount of drawbacks without enough that I find interesting about it in return.

Instead of Pestigors how about if they were Plague bearers.

4 80000 Plague Bearer 5 3 3 8 Horns, Foul Appearance, Regeneration
I'd prefer the Pestigors, Nurgle needs that extra little bit of speed.

The Slaanesh team seems to be moving along nicely.

The Khorne team needs to somehow represent the random violence and physicality of Khorne. There needs to be some sort of negative trait to represent the fact that the team is a bunch of bloodthirsty self-destructive psychopaths (even more so than a normal BB team!).

You have yet to mention the Tzeentch team.... is that an omen.

As for Pestigors, I just dislike mixing Warriors and Beastmen. I see the two as separate lists. You could always make Plaguebearers MA 6, though I guess this would hike their price up. How about...

Plague Bearer 6 3 3 7 Regeneration, Foul Appearance, Nurgle's Rot, Horns 80k

You could give Plague Bearers the Loner as they are demons and increase their AV to 8.

Plaguebearers seems to fit better with Nurgle team rather than some rotting random beastmen.

That way even though each chaos team is different there is some consistency in that its....

Lineman
Demon
Warrior
Big Guy

...on their roster. It's just the stats that change.

16 60k Acolyte 6 3 3 8 Random Mutation
4 90k Horror 6 3 3 8 Big Hand/Extra Arms, Disturbing Presence, Split
4 110k Tzeentch Sorcerer 6 3 3 8 Random Mutation, Magical Aptitude
1 140k Flamer 8 4 3 8 Loner, Leap, Bombardier, No Hands, Pro, Safe Throw, Nerves of Steel

Horrors now choose at each drive whether they have Big Hand OR Extra Arms.

Looking at the models they seem to have Extra Arms rather than Big Hand now. So you could just drop Big Hand and let them have Extra Arms permanently.

I'd suggest you repost the various rosters in separate posts - it's going to get confusing otherwise.
