Realistic placing
Were do you realistically think you will place in the BB tourney?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Like to see a bit of ambition....

Me? .....Realistically I'm just hoping to go better than 50% and get my NAF ranking up rather than down!

...and humiliate Dwarfs...

That would be me voted 176-200. It'll be my first tournament, at best I'm a competant coach, at worst I get very used to seeing snake-eyes on the dice added to that I've never liked playing in a star player environment.
And besides if I go with low expectations anything better than 176 will be a bonus.

I'm better at Pbem - more thinking time, and I seem to see the game more strategically with the top down view than I do when it's cluttered up with miniatures. I mean c'mon at our age and we still play with lead figures
And didn't I only win because you conceded due to internet failure? Maybe we'll get a full game played in Bugman's.

They're starting to fall apart now, Asmodan's Norse have put quite a dent in the team (SI'd both mummies (who both regened, hehehe) and killed a wight), not to mention hitting the skill wall, where I'm running out of useful general skills to give people. They're going to have trouble against other experienced teams.Deathwing wrote:Ha! You dark horse! My ECBBL results are truer to form - played 6 lost 4 drawn 2.

also don't know if i'll make it bu ti'm aiming at the 176 - 200 end of the scale.
oh come on, who's not going to beat a halfling team
anyway, like al said. keep the expectation low and who knows what may happen. at the end of the day as long as i have a laugh then what more could i ask for (except maybe some free pints
