try the privateer press skorne army - bloodrunner and paingiver units.

possibly a touch chunky, but they are lovely pieces (particularly the bloodrunners).

you could also try morghoul (same sompany/faction)

anima tactics miniatures has ninjas, but they are a little bit larger than GW, I think 32mm. In fact I think all of these are 32mm scale.

Old Glory historical miniatures have some regular ninjas that would need some weapon snips. Not the best sculpts, but I remember them being sold for about $20 for 20 figs.

RAFM have one

You could also try typing 'ninja' into Reaper figure finder

Lots of nice mini's in there ;)

Try Dixon Miniatures. don't know how they scale but I have just checked the site and there are 25 to choose from

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

Heff: at first I thought you were talking about the 15mm miniatures and then I found the other ones. I posted a link. I just wish they had pics of the actual mini's rather than drawings.

ninjas are about half way down.
