Last minute advice needed...

as having serious headache over team choice...

just got my 1st two teams back from Cornish Mickey (Chaos Pact & Norse) & like idea of blooding them (or getting blooded!).
alternates are Orc, Lizards & Necro (only really played w Necros, so want a change).

Had decided on Pact (as they look so cool) but had practise game last night, against Lizards & die rolls went really badly.
Ended up as a 1-1 Draw but had both Mino & Ogre killed at start of 2nd Half & was having a ridiculous amount of bad die rolls (1's & bouble skulls).

Anyway, here are the possible Rosters:

Lizard: 3RR, Kroxigor, 5 Saurus, 5 Skinks, Helmut Wulf & 2FF
(Juggernaut on Krox / Saurus w Block, Wrestle & Guard & 1 Skink w Kick)

Orc: 3RR, 4BOB, 4Bl, Troll, Thrower, Gobo, Lino + Bomber Dribblesnot
(BOB w Juggernaut & Block / Troll w Guard / Thrower w Leader & Lino w Kick)

Chaos Pact: 2RR, Mino, Ogre, Troll, Skaven, Gobo, Dark Elf, 7 Marauders, Zharg Madeye, 1FF
(Mino w Juggernaut / Ogre w Wrestle / Gobo w 2 Heads / Marauders w Block, Leader & Kick & Troll w Guard)

Norse: 3RR, Snow Troll (Yeetee), 2 Ulfwerners (NWW), Blitzer, Catcher, 2 Throwers, 4 Linos & Boomer Eziasson, 3FF
(Ulfs w Juggernaut & Block, Throwers w Sure Hands & Leader and Either Catcher w Dodge Or ST w Wrestle)

I think i'm going to go with the Norse but i'm still not 100% convinced.

Sent the above rosters to Pete for info but would welcome advice from expereinced players...
(just trying to try & get some last minute advice!)

all constructive advice welcome...

I blame your two sets of 'poo' dice, personally. Don't let a run of bad luck against Tim in one match dissuade you from Burtun's finest. In order to further encourage your Pacty love, I figured I'd knock this up for you:

You know it makes sense. Use the three big guys!

A friend of mine has just started a mini painting company Golem Painting Studio

He has painted my skaven and CD's, been very happy with both of them. Should be worth contacting him.

prices are dependent upon what level you want.

i took his basic price of £3 per model (same price whether goblin or ogre) & very happy with both teams received back from him so far (Chaos Pact & Norse)

will be playing Pact at WISB later today!
