POW for the win
Pow? It's not a 60s Batman convention! You might as well use Biff, Sock, Smack and Ker-blam.

Pow is the widely used slang term for defender down

I like POW!

I do not like 'Defender Down' or the even worse 'Defender Stumbles'.

They sound like medical reports.

Instead of Pow, "Splat" is also acceptable.
And it works with the Porn Dice as well.

If we're debating acceptable terminology shouldn't we get Matt in here?

We won't change the terms on the show since we are officially too old to change. I like Pow and will use it time to time but 'open star' is what I'm used to. That and DodgeStar.

It will be another day or two for our next ep. Craig is working furiously on it as we speak! apparently he took it upon himself to add even more sound effects and something he calls 'audio layers'. I don't speak producer but I assume that means about 15% more awesome.

CHG BLOOD BOWL IX

Thank you to everyone for being patient - the producer worked his prehensile tail off as always. The episode clocks in at over 2 hours and there are is a ton of production involved. Hope everyone enjoys it!!
