Re: How to develop AG 5 Gutter Runners
If it were my team, I'd make one a ball sacker (Wrestle/Strip Ball/Dauntless/Leap in some order) and one the guy who runs in to grab the loose ball (Block/Sure Hands/Leap). The other two can be the annoyance factor that lets you get the opportunity to sack ... Diving Tackle/Side Step/Block.

Re: How to develop AG 5 Gutter Runners
One of my AG 5 Runners skilled up last game, and rolled an 11 again. Would it be better to skip the agility and take Block, or is it better to have an AG 6 Runner. This is his second skill up, so next skill up is 14 SPP,s away. I consciously scored 3 times with him last game to get him Block, never thought an I would roll 11 again. I could turn him into my dedicated thrower now. What to do
?

AG6 man! He will prance around those tackle zones. Those wood elves will be even greener.

Get AG 6 and grab balls lying around in 2 tacklezones.
Leap is a no brainer next.

I'd take the agility but I disagree about leap. He needs block for protection and he can already dodge so well that leap isn't an immediate priority. He should take that at 51 SPPs, though.Asperon Thorn wrote:Get AG 6 and grab balls lying around in 2 tacklezones.

As for passing, bear in mind that AG 6 makes him no better than AG 5. You can use him for passing on offense, but I'd say his main role is ball retrieval on defense.

Absolutely agree! That much TV needs to be protected. Definately block next.RandomOracle wrote:I'd take the agility but I disagree about leap. Never, he is your ball retiever... after block and leap consider pass block and he'll be a demon in defense!!!War-Raven wrote:. I could turn him into my dedicated thrower now. What to do?
A simple Thrower with one skill is as good as him as thrower (thanks to pass skill) but remember that skaven are masters of the running game, although they can pass the ball if needed,...

AG5 > AG3. The 6th point is useless passing, though.
