Dodge, SS, +MA,+ST DE blitzer.. What next?
The topic is self explanatory. He's at 52 SPP now, going to get a skill at 76 and theoretically at 176.
Frenzy, Tackle, Fend come to mind..

Diving Tackle is an option. Get him next to the ball carrier... try shifting him.
Mobile ST4 Frenzy is obviously golden, and he already has SS to make it even better. But you already have WEs for that, and I'm not sure I'd want to compromise his reliability.

Tackle to marry with Block, or Fend to marry with Sidestep. Maybe Strip Ball, as a far-out suggestion, if you hit the ball carrier a lot? +1 to joemanji's Frenzy comments, too, but I'm not really a fan of Diving Tackle, tbh.

Roll +AG or a double for MB
I'd be tempted by Jump Up. Make the most of MA8 and his manoeuvrability to always be able to hit something hard at maximum distance.

Tackle. The team looks short of Tackle.

Tackle, it works well with SS.
Jump-up sounds great too, having always 8 MA on him. For those pesky Gutter Runner, ow you need Tackle for that,
Normally the extra tackle would work great on the DT blitzer. So than you have effective tackle on the team.

Tackle or shadowing.
I would go with Tackle
And finish with shadowing.

That is an epic blitzer...
I'd go tackle, especially as you already have SS, as that makes him a total machine for taking out the opposition. No dodging away from this beast of an elf!
Jump up would be my second choice, as he would be so frustrating to the opponent if he had a good chance of blocking you even from the ground!
