3+3 skaven lienemen with kick

i got a lineskaven with kick and the 2 skill got 3+3. the rest are no skills exept 2 runners got block.

I don't see any reason not to give him Guard. That will be as handy in your defensive backfield as anywhere else.

Maybe a defensive skill to help keep him squeeking. You don't want to have to wast spp getting a second kicker.

Guard for my dough, especially if you have the personnel to run an inverted wing, so this guy can go at free midfielder.

If you're at low TV (which sounds like the case), go with guard. He will be deep enough on defence that he can be sent to help pop open a hole for counterattacking. He becomes a mobile support piece rather than a player who makes targeted actions.

Duh, just reread post. Guard, like I (and everyone else) said, though there's no way you can play around with your formations given such a raw Skaven team, so you have to run this guy as a safety, where Guard doesn't look as good as it really is. Once you get Stand Firm on your RO, you can start playing around with how you use this guy (not necessarily in conjunction, but one opens the other). Your team is too new not to have all the Guard you can get. You've got an interesting SPP distribution. Did he get all your MVPs? Have you head a lot of deaths? Did you game to skill him, only to see him get two MVPs?

I could see an argument for Dodge. Guard/Kick is better on mobile teams (elves love it), but it's playable on Skaven. Dodge may help keep him alive, and when he gets Block you can put him in a midfield slot without too much fear. But I'd take Guard.
