Well the way is you blitz 5 or 6 and run into the middle pocket. Your LWs should be able to get a little bit behind and spread out combined with a line of DWs down the middle and you've nicely split the Orc team in 2.
Then the has to try to squash you into the middle in his turn, but you should be able to get someone open. If not keep the ball safe.
The Orcs should have their 4-5-6-7 line 1 square back too.
Could you ref the second agressive D that Ian mentioned as being nicknamed the "Suicide Sadler". I'm fairly certain Ian got it from me, and I've never seen anyone use it but a friend of mine - which is where it got the nickname.
If anyone else regularly sees that D, then feel free to correct me. It's not as if no-one could possibly come up with it but he's the only guy I've met that used it.

If you block "1" and blitz "5", then you will still have to make dodge rolls for everyone you try to move through (unless you are able to knock down "5"), and beleive me, elves do fail dodge rolls. Is burning re-rolls the answer?
Also, if you go up the middle and splt the defense into two, then your elves are surrounded by ticked off orcs and they will shut you down in their turn.
