New Nurgle teams, 2 odd skill up
Hi,
after 2 desastrous game, my Nurgle team finally got a good game, and I got
5+5 on Pestigor
5+6 on Rotter
The team is 4 Warriors
1 beast
1 Pestigor
5 rotters
3 RR
ANy idea?
Do I miss out on the Block skill?
Is an AG4 Rotter with no skill worth it?
I was thinking Pass on the Pestigor (Extra Arm, Block, and Strong arm next)
Or dodge (Block then TBC after)
Or speed
Or Jump Up for a future killer (Block/MB/Pile On/Claw next)

I would go for Dodge on Pest, and +AG on the rotter. Sure, the rotter will not survive long, but for a while you will have 2+ to pick up the ball and throw quick passes, if need be.

Thanks Snitch.
Thought long and hard, and yes, Rotter with pick up ability while I build an extra arm pestigor is good idea.
Not sold on Dodge, but not against it...

Take +MA and +AG. You'll have wholly new attributes on the team: a player with MV7 and a player with AG4. Both are good.

I would take the +AG on the Rotter no questions. For the Pestigor it's a toss between +MA or Dodge.

AG Rotter, MA Pest. If not MA on the Pest, take either Dodge for immediate utility or SS for future synergy. SS is not as good immediately as Dodge, but you'll be thanking yourself in 5-10 games. Jump Up is a distant fourth for me.

i'd go MA on the pest and +AG or block for the rotter.
block isn't as sexy as AG but you're probably not going to make a rotter your main scorer due to decay, and there will come a point when you will only have 2 or 3 rotters on the field. +AG doesn't help on the line.
I think +AG would make a good short-term choice until your pesti gets sure-hands and your roster fills out.
That's my arguement for either choice.

+AG Rotters rock, because they let you bob for Comps on Pests as you hire them, making it much easier to skill them quickly. Besides, it's like Extra Arms, Accurate, and Two Heads, all rolled into one.

Cheers, took AG and Dodge, I need this team to do something better than pushing my opponent and getting bashed.
AG+ frees my pestigor to blitz
Dodge allows my pestigor to blitz

Was thinking this. Decent option if one should decent to build a single killer Pestigor. I've gone this route and wish I had Jump Up on him.mattgslater wrote:Jump Up is a distant fourth for me.

Greyhound - you seem to have taken your decision already, but here's my tuppence worth.
+1MA on the Pest (I assume he is your first Pest to skill up). He becomes your Runner.
Block on the Rotter (ignore the +1AG).
Hope that helps.
