Double on skill roll for Witch Elf
I have a rookie witch elf who got a double on her first skill roll, and i have no idea what would be the best to give her.
I was considering Dauntless, NOS or Piling On, but need some advice which one to pick or suggestion on other skills to choose.

Dauntless is a good choice if there is lots of strength in the league.
Guard is good option as she will often end up in enemy TZs.
Piling On is good if you are playing use after the Av roll. However I would be worried about putting her on the floor - Av 7 makes her a tempting target for fouls. Mighty Blow increases her effectiveness as a basher although slightly less effective than PO, means she stays on her feet.
NoS is excellent choice as a receiver but doesn't do much for the rest of her game.

Mighty blow, is probably the best. With Frenzy you have 2 chances at a pow, and then mighty blow to cause casualties.
I wouldn't want to use Guard, because that skill is best used on players that won't be throwing as many blocks. Frenzy, a lot of the time, tends to put your Witch Elf in some bad places for Guard.
I wouldn't do PO for the same reason that Ian said.
Dauntless is also good, but I think Might Blow has more practical applications.

Yeah, give her dauntless. Remember how annoying troll slayers can be?

definitely dauntless...mighty blow is great IF you can knock your opponent down. If not it's worthless. dauntless helps you knock more people down because the opponents strength is no longer a problem (usually). Back before dauntless was a trait, dauntless was always the 2nd skill I gave my witch elves, after block...
now if you roll doubles AGAIN, mighty blow is the way to go...as long as you have gotten block somewhere in there she's a terror
never ever give a witch elf piling on...she's already a huge target already, putting her on the ground is just too much temptation for people to look at that av7 and lick their lips!
plus dauntless definitely is a better fit to the witch elf persona...they're so crazed they don't care HOW big you are, you're goin DOWN!

I have to say that I would rather choose Mighty Blow for a witch elf. I'm not terribly keen on my AV7 girls going up against big monsters and would rather give Dauntless to the first lineman who already has Block that rolls a double (and also to a blitzer who rolls a double).
Mind you, I'm cr@p, so what would I know?

You never know when you're going to roll that next doubles, though. I'm currently coaching a Skaven team that's really suffering from lack of dauntless and can't get a doubles roll to save their life. (Quite literally, I'm afraid.)
