I'll be arriving in Stockport by 5pm. Are plans afoot in Manchester or Stockport? Happy to head into Manchester.

Yeah was thinking about this. Some of us seem to be in Manchester, some in Stockport.

How far away is Stockport from Manchester?

It is Greater Manchester. 10-15 mins in the car. Less than that to South Manchester, Withington, Rusholme etc. Not far, but not really walkable. Buses are ok.

Trains to Piccadilly are indeed v fast.

Options are greater in Manchester, i reckon. For Stockportions the best option might be the Bamford Arms near the venue itself. If it's Manc you want, then meeting at Kro Piccadilly might be the best place?
