THIRD skill on a High Elf Kicker
My Kicker for the American-themed New Albion Expatriates is about to skill again. Jose Cañusí has Kick and Wrestle. I have 8x Dodge on 12x players, 3x SS, 2x Tackle, no Fend, and no other toolbox skills (just a lot of B/W, D and SS). If he gets a double, 11 or 12, it'll be Guard or +AG or +ST. But otherwise, what do I get him? I'm thinking I'm going to get Strip Ball on my B/D/L Catcher, and Frenzy on my W/D Catcher, but I've been contemplating giving Frenzy to the kicker instead.

Fend is for linemen. Useful on other players but not optimal IMO.
Because you went wrestle you started him on the path for ball removal. I think stripball seems the logical choice however the amount of surehands in later developed team would nullify this threat. I'd take tackle simply cause I like my opponent to fall over. Frenzy after that and not before.
I don't think you should overlook a mv increase.
A wrestle gaurder doesn't seem great to me.

I would go with Diving Tackle or Tackle, but DT would be my top choice. DT in the backfield on defense is fantastic. Yes the player can blitz away but usually he needs to also blitz elsewhere to free his ball carrier, and he only gets 1 blitz.

Voted Strip Ball, but on further thought DT sounds more interesting.

I advocate Wrackle pretty strongly, but as I'm sure you'd rather be blitzing with someone more suited to the task, Diving Tackle is the vote I make.

Totally forgot about Diving Tackle. Good call. Then if he makes it to 51, SS or JU?

Side-Step after Diving Tackle, but really, you're gonna want two guys with Diving Tackle if you want to force the crappy dodge roll.

Note: By the time this guy gets to 51, I'll be able to force all kinds of crappy dodges, because I'll be flooded with SS/Blodge.

There is no dodge crappier than the Diving Tackle dodge.

Re: THIRD skill on a High Elf Kicker
I have a similar DaE Kicker that is nearing Emerging Star status.
He has Kick, Wrestle and is only 2 SPPs from leveling.
I'm tempted by Tackle, but Diving Tackle is so nice on a safety. My two Wing Blitzers already have DT, but this could give me 3 DTs to cover all over the backfield.

Re: THIRD skill on a High Elf Kicker
hmmm. If he had block, dodge, diving tackle I think SS would be the way to go. No dodge and wrestle make him less than optimal to stay on his feet. Not a bad skill choice by any means but block and dodge are part of that puzzle to make it great.
