Rules are:- A resurrection style TV110 tourney using the CRP with Inducements allowed with the exception of wizards, However due to the unique nature of stars if 2 opposing coaches have the same star then that player is not available for that match for either team.
Coaches may "enhance" their players by buying anyone of them any "normal" accessible skill for 50 000 gps
Skills are allocated before games 2,3 & 4

Having got a Blood Bowl bargain from Ebay I have a choice of human or orc teams. Based on what I have at the moment I am looking at the following teams

Human

1*Ogre - 140
4*Blitzer - 360
2*Thrower - 140
2*Catcher - 140
3*Lineman - 150
3*Reroll - 150
2*FF - 20

Orc

4*Blitzer - 320
4*Black Orc (one with Guard) - 370
2*Thrower (one with Leader) - 190
2*Lineman - 100
2*Reroll - 120

Comments/criticisms etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I don’t think guard is worth 50K on the black Orc, do you have a Troll? as he would be much better value.

You can get 12 players and 3 re-rolls without spending any cash on skills if you drop a thrower and both skills for a Troll and re-roll. A goblin might be nice for TTM attempts as well.

I don't have a troll atm, I might be able to get one but it seems unlikely at this point. I am open to other suggestions as to what to do with any leftover cash. What about Tackle or Mighty blow on a blitzer for example?

The thinking with leader is that it's cheaper than buying a reroll, and also it's added after any master chef shenanigans, so I would still have at least one for the half
