From clicking on the link in the thread, PR Designs seems to be Pedro Ramos Designs (aka the sculptor), who's back catalogue seems to include the entire Willy Miniatures range.
Blog comments' have "Willy-Miniatures is working in a full team but with another sculptor(great and friend sculptor)"... hhmm... WM normally works with P-Ramos or Fran. Maybe a new sculptor, because Fran halflings would be beardless dwarfs if following his style.
this is the kind of halfling team we need. kitted out like the original puggy baconbreath miniature and this figure. i'm not a fan of the silly halfling figures re: pots and collanders for helmets, guts hanging out of the bottoms of there jerseys, piss pot helmet etc. that fits with the comic side of the little guys, but a team suited up like the old school puggy, that would rule
