Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!
In my 2nd game with Lizards my Krox rolled doubles. I'm at a loss. With 5 Saurus around he never gets pushed, so I'm thinking SF isn't needed. Dodge will help him stick around on the block dice. Leader seems like a waste, but I need the RR for him...
Wow, I'm trying to think what it was like back in the day when Frenzy let you throw blocks against multiple players...that would be scary as hell with a big guy...
Reason:''
I'm a bubble in a sound wave
A sonic push for energy
Exploding like the sun
A flash of clean light hope
For Blood Bowl in Seattle, check out the Game Wizard in Ballard (www.game-wizard.com).
Well it may seem a bit basic, but i cant see past dodge,
firstly it helps with the block dice, but also perhaps give you a last minute desperate option, blitzing from a TZ, ok i know AG isn't in your favour , but in a last minute desperate, match winning/game saving move it could be the diff
Ian has a good point about having a leader on your team, but I'd rather get it on another player. That being said, you skinks aren't allowed and doubles on a Saurus seem unlikely (they just don't get enough SPPs). You should strongly consider Leader on the Krox if you don't have Leader somewhere else on the team.
I'm not a big fan of Leader per se - you can always buy TRR. However the BG usage means having it on the BG is ideal, since it means you don't have another player that can be hunted down to weaken the BG.
