Looks great to me. Definitely a piece to be proud of. In fact, I may have to steal the idea for one of my frog teams.

Just got my slann coach/wizard through the post (I'm going to use the team deal one as a ref), just popped him in the nail varnish remover. I can't belive how much that paint is slopping off allready ,he was only in the paint stripper for about 8 seconds before I took this pic.=
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 105554.jpg

I won him for £8-something + p&p on eBay. (Including the saurus throne bearers.)
He going to be so much fun to paint :D

Dissapointingly I dropped my miss piggy and she broke, hoof fell off as did a pigtail :(
I think she to fragile for the table top, I will keep looking for alternatives. :(

A rainbow of frogs!=
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 171552.jpg
Khador red, coal black, carnal pink, camo green (probably going to change), ember orange, menoth white (albino), hormagaunt purple and trollblood base.
I'm probably going to paint the green one yellow, all the linefrogs will be green. Its gunna be fun on the bun.

Albino blitzer=

Red blitzer=

Orange blitzer=

Black catcher=

Pink catcher=

Yellow catcher=

Purple catcher=
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 131228.jpg

Blue blitzer=
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 131249.jpg

Linemen=

http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 131012.jpg
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 131122.jpg

I'm not really happy with the mulitcolour players, I think I over relied on inks and my drybrushing was awkward and heavy. I'm going to strip them and give them another go, possibly just go for a uniform green since the possitionals are easy to tell apart by mini alone.
I gloss varnished the lineman to see if I like the effect because slann in my opinion should be wet and slimy an I really like it, I would appreciate feed back on glossing minis if anyone has a opinion. :)

-------------
Baseing prototype=

I wanted to whip up a base showing how I imagined a swamp field to be here's my first attempt whipped up about an hour ago=
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 151355.jpg
Is very slap dash and nothing has been allowed to dry but I kinda like it, some standard sand, water effects gel, green tuft and some dead grass style basing flock.
I think I will paint the base brown before applying sand, I will also paint the sand a standard brown rather than the brown green I did.
I mixed a drop of devlan mud into the water effects before I applied it, I think it looks ok and a layer on top has given the water a murky effect.
The dead grass is a bit rubbish, it has the consistancy of lint and applys just as well, I will swap it out for brown grass in the end. Oh and I love those little tufts.
Any thoughts?
-------------

Here's my first attempt to do anything with GWs new liquid green stuff=
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm20 ... 131614.jpg
That krox had a gap of several millimetres between its arm and body and the green stuff brushed on with ease filled the gap well and dried smoothly within about 45 minutes. I would really reccomed it, I was rather suprised with these results and that a honestly decent new product has arraived from grandma wendy, now if only she didnt insist on releasing unneeded expensive extras for this product then maybe I would have been a little happier with it.

(Yay 100th post)
I havn't had much practise with them yet so no. :(
I shall hopefully be borrowing glowworms undead for that.

Here's my shiny, shiny kroxigor=

Sorry the pick arnt great, he's a tad lighter than he is in the photo and I want to show off the basing a tad more, but I guess that can wait until some sort of group shot.
This minis is also my entry to this months brush slave on http://www.chaos-dwarfs.com so vote for me when the poll starts. ;)

Nice job there Inky... if I were to offer any constructive criticism (and tbh it just comes down to personal preference) I'd use some brush on Testor's Dullcote (if it's still available) to take the shine off of his armour and shorts, so it's just his skin that's all slimey and shiny looking. (as I said, just personal preference)
