On the other hand, it is apleasure for me to present the fist GreenDog Figurines Painting Contest:

Contest Rules

The contest is opened to every person by submitting a miniature and/or full team from Greendog Figurines
(GDF)
To enter the contest, participants must submit at least three pictures of their miniature or teams to greendog
Figurines e-mail (greendogfigurines@gmail.com) before December 20th following the specific rules:

General Rules:
-Photographs must be clear and good resolution, on .TIFF or .JPG/JPEG format.
-Infographic treatment is only allowed to vary the light and contrast of the picture
-Pictures must be taken on a neutral background; in this case, white is preferred.

Individual GDF Miniature Rules:
- Any limited edition miniature tournaments and those forming part of a GDF team can join the contest
- Pictures submitted must be taken on the following angles: Front, rear, side (left and right) and Free (any
intermediate angle to suit the artist and any background)

GDF Team Rules:
- Any team made to date can join the contest (including Ratmen and Thalassians)
- The following pictures must be submitted, always grouping the miniatures by positional (ie, Linemen, Blitzers,
thrower, catcher, etc.) Front, Rear, Group position and Free (any angle to suit the painter and stage any
background or pedestal).

Prizes:

-Individual: Any GDF miniature model and 20% discount on the purchase of a GDF team (discount can be
indefinitely reserved)
- Team: Limited Edition GDF Miniatures Set and 40% discount on the purchase of any GDF team (discount can
be indefinitely reserved)

I haven't watched this thread in a couple of weeks did the minis get released and did you end up having many people enter the competition?

Not so many, unfortunately. We will plan to present this contest in a big spanish tournament in order to promote it more...

On the other hand, I am pleased that finally I could get an arrangement to cast a limited number of teams in order to accomplish the pre-orders.

I know it took a long time to get the team. We have no so much money to invest and we needed to negotiate the casting. But finally we could offer 30 Besmirch Dwarves Team for 36€ / 14 miniatures.

There will be only 30 teams in this offer. Afterwards the teams will be sell at the same price range than other GDF team deals (60€ complete team).

Yes, I am sorry about that. We spent this whole year in recovering funds and searching for a new casting company without minimum copy need for this Dwarves.

I will meet my new casting provider soon in person (fortunately, he is in Barcelona too) to discuss timing. When we have the release date I will ask for payment.

I hope it will not take more than one or two months, hopefully.

The miniatures are in casting by now. The first bull centaur is being casted so hopefully next month or two we will start the ordering and payment.

I am sorry mrfox but it already count for the people who pre-ordered. However, it took me a very very long time to get the sculpts, so I think maybe we will lose some pre-orders. I'll put you in the reserves list for the 36€ offer just in case there will be free slot for you. If finally it isn't, feel free to not buy the dwarves instead.

I am sorry but we are working in casting-cover numbers. I need to sell some teams also at 60€ to get some money for myself!!
