Kickoff result Blitz?

Let's say the ball is scattered to the endzone on a kickoff.
There is a blitz and the Kicking team manages to put a player under the ball.
Does he score when the ball comes down?
What is the turn marker result?

Kicking team gets one TD (made in the receiving teams turn). The kicking team spend their turn celebrating the unusual TD and both turn markers are moved one turn.

unless it's turn 16 and you are kicking while down a TD in a playoff game!

You only need to put the one turner in a TZ and he can't move.

(I tried that at Waterbowl...set my entire team up on the LOS to try and get a chainpush TD with skinks..didn't work though ).
