Here's a preview of the first vampire. I'm undecided regarding the thing attaching the raised leg to the base. The mini is too unstable without it and though of either painting it black or red and make a pool of blood underneath it. Good ideas for team names are also welcome

This is very cool, but don't you want to do the squig in a more contrasting colour? red, purple, yellow, I don't know, but now it seems like it's part of the goblin.

How about red with white dots (mushroom alike)?Dr. Von Richten wrote:This is very cool, but don't you want to do the squig in a more contrasting colour? red, purple, yellow, I don't know, but now it seems like it's part of the goblin.

The blue 'smurf' looks really cool, congrats!

I think the contrast between the smurf and squig is bigger IRL, but can see your point. Don't think I'll repaint him (and another fellow "vamp") but the others might get another colour. Cool idea with the mushroom squig, kinda fits with the theme

Looks great to me. I actually like the Squig colour as it is.

I like your team, you could use it as a Squig Herders team as well:thechosengobbo wrote:IMO, night goblins can actually make a really interesting team. Green skin mixed with another colour on the robes makes them really rather vibrant.
Here's an example. My Chaos Dwarf team:
(the big guy has been painted now, but I'm too lazy to take another picture)
By using the bright purple (which was nicely ofset by the green) but keeping some grey on the robes I made the team really stand out. I would aboslutely love to see the same thing done in yellow or turqoise as well.
I should point out that this whole post was made purely because I'm very firmly in the "Goblins should be green!" camp.
