Newbie to Blood Bowl needs help
Hi I am a complete newbie to Bloodbowl and have recently taken the managerial reins of a Dwarf and Ogre team. I have managed to pick up a full roster of Dwarfs and have currently painted 3 of them. However for the Ogre team i cant seem to find any bloodbowl snotlings, would Gnoblars be a good stand in. Will look to post some dwarfs for some feedback.

Re: Newbie to Blood Bowl needs help
I would definitely suggest using plastic gnoblars. Blood Bowl gives ogres snots because there were no gnoblars until relatively recently but fluff-wise, they serve pretty much the same purpose as snotlings and would be pretty easy to model, too.
I had a Marvel-themed ogre team (With a Thor ogre, a Wolverine ogre, an Iron Man ogre- all suitably greenstuffed) and I used gnoblars as my snots. They're still of a throw-able size and look very characterful in my opinion!
Good luck with your venture!

Thanks for the comments, I quite like the gnoblar figures and with a bit of conversion would look cool. Also could use them in a GW tournament if I ever get to one loll

I'd avoid trying to pick up a team of BB snotlings unless you want to spent what is quite a lot of cash for very tiny models. Gnoblars look great - a mate of mine has used them for his Ogres. Otherwise you could look at picking up some WHFB snotlings.

Hmm more food for thought, I think the Gnoblars are still firm favourite. I might get one and do a test piece and see what you guys think? Good advice about the bb snotlings
