Foul Appearance on Chaos players
I have a Mino on my chaos team with Block, Claw, Tents, and Guard.
He rolled a regular skill, so I was trying to decide between FA and SF. The former because with Tents, he gets hit a fair amount.
It occurs to me that FA is a rather undervalued skill when you look at the numbers.
Against a 2D block your odds of going down, presuming you have block, are 56%
Foul Appearance lowers that to 46%.
Dodge, by comparison, presuming you don't face tackle, lowers it to 31%...but against tackle does nothing and requires a double.
Of course Chaos, outside of the Mino at least, have so many great skills to choose from.

You may want to consider Piling On (cheesy, but very effective) or Stand Firm (combines very well with Guard and Tentacles). People don't hit Minotaurs that often, so Faul Appearance might be a waste...

I would lean towards SF as it helps with sideline duty and really annoying when you find a ST5 Guarder with SF assisting in the middle, especially when you throw in the bonus of Tent.

Re: Foul Appearance on Chaos players
It depends on whether he's a killer player or a roadblock/assist player. Piling On if the former, Stand Firm then Foul Appearance if the latter. Stand Firm will keep you next to the players you want to tie up or assist. Foul Appearance is useful occassionally and is nice on a roadblock player but often a single push will be enough to get rid of the tantacles for that turn, after Stand Firm it's a bonus.
Piling On is of course awesome for getting players off the pitch which is also very handy. Break Tackle is also a nice normal skill.

Piling On on a Tentacled Wild Animal player? The idea of Tentacles, you know, is to keep people stuck near him.
If you pile on you lose Tentacles AND afterwards you have to stand up the Minotaur with a 4+, unless you Blitz with him (risking to waste it).

It's better to take Piling On on players without Wild Animal, in my opinion.

I agree on PO - not something I would take on a Mino, since you risk the WA role then.
I'd prefer to build a Block, MB, Claw, PO, JU Beastman if possible.
The higher the ST then more you want them to stay up, so I generally won't even take it on CWs.

Foul Appearance can be surprisingly effective when put onto three Block LoS Beastman. It's really annoying when you have to roll for Bonehead each time you want to try and knockdown or push an opponent's piece. And when it does work, you gain quite a bit of momentum from it.
Though, I don't think I'd worry about it on a STR5 Block Minotaur.
