You should pickup the game Claustrophobia, it's a lot of fun.Shteve0 wrote: Please let me know if you know where I can get one! They're Demons from the 'Claustrophobia' board game.

You can guess they are slim when Uruks get used as Hobgoblins. GW's LotR line is smaller scale, specially in the heroic vs real sense.Darkson wrote:What size are the urak-hai compared to blood bowl figures? The only LotR figures I've seen (not many, as no-one here ever played it) were all stunty size at best.

He's only 7.87 € on Reaper. http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/1 ... down/14067
I'll buy one two as soon as I find the minis for the other positions.
I don't know it's size, though.

Re: A Khornucopia of ideas...
As promised, a size comparison of the Avatars of War Herald, taken with a High Elf Blitzer and the Bloodthirster I'll be using on the team.
As you can see, he is a big boy and would be perfect for a ST4 player. I'm happy enough using him as he's very easy to tell apart from the plastic Bloodletters, but I can see why people wouldn't want to use him.
As for him being a Bloodthirster himself, he's just not big enough in my eyes? He is on a 25mm base in this picture, and could easilly take up a 30mm to denot being a Big Guy. Just not quite 'big' enough for me?
Hope this helps someone!

Really?
He's only as big as most Bloodbowl Big Guy models.
He's not unwieldy on the field, but I can see what you're getting at.
The Herald is only 40mm to the eye, so slightly bigger than most GW models.

Truly. I reckon that herald's considerably bigger than ST4, and that puts him in ST5 range for me. Purely personal opinion, of course.
Scale is a strange thing, though. I tend towards conversions, and have a really hard time keeping scales consistent. It's partly industry scale creep, partly differences in proportions across ranges. But I guess that's just something we all have to live with. Shame though - it means I don't feel I can really buy any of Willy's minis, for example (Tomb Guardians excepted) for this very reason.

Have to say (loverly fig though it is), I'd assume he was a BG player if I was to see it on a pitch, definetly not a ST3 player.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Reaper, sometimes, puts 2 metal marks on the side (half inch and full inch from the ground) in the grey photos, or photos of the parts with a small scale nearby. Like in this case. Scroll down.Quinto76 wrote:He's only 7.87 € on Reaper. http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/1 ... down/14067
