Hi guys

I've no connection to Mantic or Dreadball (other than as a backer on kickstarter) but I'm yet to see anywhere on the web collating pics of confirmed sculpts as they emerge. What better place than here? I'll look to keep this updated as much as possible, please let me know if you spot something not here and direct me to where I can find the pic!

I must say - there are some really nice models coming out here, but that Judwan sculpt is a real disappointment. What happened to the concept sketches?

Are these all wax sculpted or High res 3d printer types?

Some are epoxy (MVP 88 is all GS), some polymer clay (MVP Buzzcut is some wheat colored clay) and some 3d based (robot team so far are only a render). If you look up the modellers, you can find some famous names that specialise in one or another putty/clay. No idea who is doing the 3d.

Bizarre jumping robot released this morning. Will include in this post, but I assume this is a promo image and not a sculpt (for hopefully fairly obvious reasons).

That robot explains why we see so few WIPs. It's like the Judwan, who had to be resculpted by public demand. If they showed all their WIPs, they would do nothing but resculpting

In the meantime, the Season 2 miniatures have now gone off the casters. There aren't many WIP pics due to the timelines involved. It sounds though as if we can expect a lot more variety in poses from Season 2... I'm told that the Judwan team alone have 8 different sculpts. I'd speculate 7 strikers and Meekel Judwan, but that's my guesswork at this stage.

Where did the image come from?
Personally I am relieved by the females, I had worried we were going to end up with some sort of amazon like team where armour was somehow optional! My daughter will approve
