Impact Razorbacks
Hey guys!
I tried to search this on the forums, but while there are a few posts talking about using razorbacks as hog-goblins, I can't see any pics of the minis though, and I'm hoping to get an idea of size before deciding whether to pick any up with my plastic apes order. The only thread I could find called "Impact Razorbacks" got blocked for suspected malware... cheers google.
So, anyone got pics?
Cheers!

I have them - they're short, but should be ok for hobs. I'll try to post a pic this evening!

I use these as hobgoblins too. I beleive they were designed as chaos halflings and as a result are a comparible size.

Re: Impact Razorbacks
Here are my razorbacks with their swinetaurs (swines would be a good mino sub). I was planning on eventually painting some chaos warriors to match and having the razorbacks be short beastmen.

Re: Impact Razorbacks
Brilliant, thanks guys. They may be a teensy bit small, which is a shame. May pick some up anyway though, as markers!
The swinataur (minoboar?) isn't to my particular taste, but I'm hoping to get something similar, along with some hog-goblins and converting some massive boar centaurs. Will keep looking!

Re: Impact Razorbacks
I don't know about their size, but with a little bit of weapon snipping these might be a good alternative:

Re: Impact Razorbacks
lol, had considered those too, but cost is a factor there. That said, and at risk of derailing my own thread...

Privateer Press - Minions - Rorsh and Brine

Reaper - Dark Haven Legends - Wereboar

Impact - Siringit - Warthog Midfielder

Warploque - Swords for Hire - Swineotaur
Any others out there I'm missing?

Does that Reaper Wereboar have a broken wrist?
I know he's a Wereboar and all, but I'm not sure they're meant to bend like that!

Re: Impact Razorbacks
Lol! Yeah, maybe
It's not my favourite, though, despite its more... palatable price tag than the hordes one.
What do we make of these? Supposed to fit Orc torsos.

I reckon these combined with the gor/ungor kit might work a treat, though perhaps I'll have to explore making them a little shorter and fatter. Perhaps with arms and torsos from the AoW dwarf berserker kit?

Re: Impact Razorbacks
The Reaper mini looks like he has muscles on his muscles. The Hordes one looks strong, but fat at the same time. Definitely what you think of in regards to a pig.
